We begin with a one-hour consultation early in your planning journey, offering expert guidance and a tailored foundation so you can plan with confidence and purpose.
Two months before your wedding, we rejoin your planning process, conducting a thorough venue walkthrough, refining the details, and crafting a meticulous, fully customized timeline.
On your wedding day, we are on-site for up to ten hours, orchestrating every moment with precision and grace, so your celebration unfolds seamlessly — allowing you to be fully present, savoring the joy, beauty, and meaning of the day.
Wedding Day Management Package Inclusions
- Access to our luxury wedding planning portal Aisle Planner for your detailed timeline, budget, checklist, and guest list management
- Access to our curated list of luxury vendors and creatives, with personalized recommendations
- 90-minute timeline meeting to create and review your timeline, resulting in a fully customized, minute-by-minute wedding day schedule, that will cover all the logistics and your design elements.
- Venue walkthrough to understand your vision and logistics (as needed)
- Ongoing collaboration with your venue to align all details with the finalized timeline
- Direction and coordination of your ceremony rehearsal the day before
- Distribution of your final timeline to all vendors one month prior, with reconfirmation the week of the wedding
- Up to ten hours of on-site wedding day management by one of our seasoned wedding planners and a dedicated assistant (additional hours available)

Flat Fee
When will I know who my planner is?
Nicola will be the planner for Full Service or Design and Event Management but for Event Management, your planner will either be either be Brittany or Corina. You will have the opportunity to meet with them before you book our services.
